SIMPLY GO HERE and click on the white free t-shirt offer, click on next, then the back side click on blank then the next page choose the third t-shirt design at the top. It should say I heart (blank).
Then on the upper left type in Twilight Breaking Dawn, or Edward Cullen or Jacob Black etc.
Click on next until you get to shipping. Choose which method you want it to ship.
(they offer you other products with the same logo but just skip it)
